REGISTRATION CLOSED 

March 12, 2026: Delegate and tradeshow registration for Minerals North 2026 is now closed as we have reached maximum capacity.

Due to venue limits and the high level of interest, we are unable to accept additional registrations. We will also not be maintaining a waitlist. As the event is being hosted in a small municipality, staff capacity is limited and we are unable to track and manage waitlist requests. Thank you for your understanding.

DELEGATE BADGE PICK UP & ENQUIRIES

Please pick up your delegate or exhibitor badge and attendee package at the registration desk in the New Arena (conference area). Your badge provides access to the tradeshow, conference sessions, and the Welcome Reception.

Badges are issued to individual delegates/exhibitors and may not be shared. However, you may transfer your full conference pass to a colleague if you are unable to attend. Your colleague should visit the registration desk to receive an updated badge.

A Town of Smithers staff member will be available at the registration desk throughout the event to assist with any questions.
